Shipping

We ship within Belgium and the EU. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Cards with custom logos or names are produced to order. Production takes 5-7 business days before shipping.

Standard cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Custom cards are non-refundable as they are made to order.

If your card arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
